"Ukraine hopes that the world will find ways to help the Venezuelan people in this tragic situation, and we are ready to provide assistance – our first responders could join search and rescue operations. We are currently in contact with the Venezuelan side and the Europeans, awaiting a response to our proposal," the President wrote.

Two consecutive earthquakes in Venezuela claimed the lives of at least 32 people. Another 700 people were injured, reported the acting president.
