"The second story is that I am the president and the guarantor of the Constitution, and if we are talking about any changes to our territories, these are changes to the Constitution and this is a crime. Therefore, if we are offered the German model or some other model, or the Korean model, or whatever, we need to understand what is being offered, who is offering it to us, and why it is being done. After that, we need to understand the opinion of all of us. Not only mine, but above all, the opinion of the whole society," the President said.
