Former Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak stated that he denies any allegations against him, claiming that he has not purchased or rented anything since the start of the war, as he has lived in the Office of the President practically since 2022, reports a UNN correspondent from the courtroom.
"I deny any allegations against me in this case. My property is limited only to what is stated in my declaration. I would also like to note that during the time we have talked about a lot today, from 5 a.m. on February 24, 2022, and for practically 2.5 years, I was there around the clock, only leaving for business trips with the President and Office staff; otherwise, I lived there, I was there 24/7. Therefore, I practically had no opportunity to be anywhere else, do anything else, etc.,"

He added that he never gave any instructions to represent him in any matters.
"I didn't buy anything, I didn't rent anything. I didn't pay any money because I was in the civil service. We heard many names and conversations from the prosecution representatives. I have one name—Andriy Yermak—which my parents gave me 55 years ago. I have no other names,"
He also added that as of today, he is not a civil servant and has the right to a private life and to certain communications.
