As of 7:00 am, the air temperature in Kyiv was 8°C. The relative humidity reached 80%, and the atmospheric pressure was recorded at 746 mm Hg.
Meteorologists advise residents to be careful due to gusty winds and to monitor weather changes throughout the day.
