Weather conditions are expected to deteriorate in the capital, with wind gusts of 15-20 m/s and moderate rain, UNN reports with reference to KCSA.
"Deteriorating weather conditions! Tomorrow, March 29, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s are expected in Kyiv - the first level of danger," the statement said.
