Employees of the cultural and information spheres will be able to join the personnel reserve for work in the DOT. The government approved the relevant resolution "On Approval of the Procedure for Creating a Reserve of Cultural and Information Workers to Work in the De-occupied Territories of Ukraine" at a meeting on August 20, the Ministry of Reintegration reports, according to UNN.
According to the Ministry of Reintegration, the document defines:
- the procedure for forming a personnel reserve, processing personal data of persons who have expressed a desire to be included in the reserve;
- the procedure for providing institutions, organizations, and enterprises in the cultural and information spheres that have resumed work in the de-occupied territories with qualified personnel.
It is reported that the reserve will be formed electronically by entering information about applicants into the information and communication system "Reserve of cultural and information workers for work in the de-occupied territories of Ukraine".
The creation of the reserve will contribute to:
- restoring the cultural and information spheres on the DOT;
- prompt provision of personnel to institutions, organizations, and enterprises in this area that resume their work at the DOT;
- Employment of employees who lost their jobs due to military operations;
- returning IDPs to the de-occupied territories and providing them with jobs.

In October 2023 , the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the procedure for forming a personnel reserve of educators to work in the de-occupied territories.
