Ukraine has applied for associate observer status with the Community of of Portuguese-speaking Countries (CPLP). This was reported in the Ukrainian media with reference to the words of of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Dmytro Kuleba, was reported in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, reports UNN.
Ukraine has applied for the status of associate observer to the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries (CPLP). Our common values based on the principles of the UN Charter and respect for linguistic and cultural diversity give us the tools to develop our cooperation.
Details
The Ministry of noted that the CPC is an international organization that unites 9 countries in which Portuguese is an official state language (Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, Sao Tome and East Timor).
Ukraine is interested in establishing cooperation in the economic, social and cultural spheres with the member states of the organization.
