Ukraine's debt to the International Monetary Fund has increased by $13.85 billion, making it the second largest debtor after Argentina, UNN reports, citing IMF data.

After receiving the fifth tranche of $2.2 billion from the IMF under the Extended Fund Facility program, Ukraine's debt increased to $13.85 billion. Ukraine is now in second place on the "list of debtors" after Argentina, which has obligations to the IMF of $40.94 million.
