The talks between the Ukrainian and Lithuanian delegates were held in pursuance of the G7 Declaration of Support for Ukraine.

The Ukrainian delegation is headed by the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, but the next round of talks was held by his deputy, Ihor Zhovkva.
