The Sumy District Prosecutor's Office has approved and sent to court an indictment against the director of an enterprise who misappropriated UAH 377 thousand of budget funds during the overhaul of the Myropilskyi Educational Complex in Sumy region in 2020.
The investigation found that the contractor had overstated the data on the insulation of the facade with mineral boards and mineral wool in official documents, increasing the total area of insulation by more than 140 m². According to the expert's findings, the amount of damage amounted to UAH 377 thousand.
The pre-trial investigation has been completed and the materials have been submitted to the court.
