There is someone to be proud of: Kravchenko presented awards to young geniuses of Kyiv region who won competitions and Olympiads

Ruslan Kravchenko presented awards to 57 students who won international and national competitions of the Junior Academy of Sciences. The inventions include UAV control technology, bionic prostheses, and a neurotrainer.

The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko presented awards to 57 students who won international and large-scale all-Ukrainian competitions in the system of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, UNN reports.

"Children of Kyiv region do not just dream of a better future - they actively create it! From simple ideas to sophisticated technologies, our boys and girls find solutions that change the world for the better. Their creativity and ingenuity are impressive! Today I met 57 boys and girls - students of educational institutions of the region. Together, they have won 64 victories in international and the largest all-Ukrainian competitions in the system of the Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine," Kravchenko wrote on his Facebook page  .

He emphasized that he was incredibly proud of everyone, because our children are capable of inventing the unimaginable even in times of war.

Kravchenko spoke about the inventions of some of his students.

For example, Vadym Dobrovolskyi, a student of Skvyra Lyceum, developed an information technology for controlling the flight altitude of UAVs after exposure to enemy electronic warfare based on IOT technology. And Andriy Haiduk from Bila Tserkva Lyceum-Gymnasium is the author of a project to study the use of EMG sensors (electromyography) to control bionic prostheses or artificial limbs, and has developed a model for approximate finger position estimation and biological signal collection. Iryna Korynevska, a student of Boryspil Lyceum, has developed a neurotraining device that allows for interhemispheric interaction and two-handed coordination. For the first time in the history of the competition, Daria Cherkina, a student of the Brovary Lyceum, won the Grand Prix in the Music category of the GENIUS Olympiad Global International Environmental Project Competition as a representative of Ukraine.

"Of course, I would like to tell you about all 57 young geniuses! Because we all have someone to be proud of!" Kravchenko added.

He presented the young men and women with CRSA scholarship diplomas, medals, diplomas from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, letters of appreciation, and up-to-date modern gadgets.

The head of the Kyiv RMA thanked the geniuses for their victories, "because this is a victory for the whole of Ukraine.
