At today's meeting, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the first reading the draft law "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine on the Introduction of a System of Control over the Turnover of Oil, Gas Condensate and Solvents", which plans to include oil and oil products, as well as natural gas condensate, as excisable goods with a zero excise tax rate.
