1. "Russians were preparing for shelling in the cold season - this is their tactic. They accumulated missiles, trained aviation and the Navy. Bet on cruise missiles and ballistics, as well as drones to deplete air defense. These plans are not unexpected, they are known and warned about them," Kovalenko said.
2. "Russians have different types of missiles in their arsenal. And this is also known," said the head of the CCD.

3. "Information now they are also trying to shake the panic mood against the background of the closure of embassies. What should Ukrainians do in this situation? For three years of large-scale, as well as knowing now about the presence of missiles in Russia and plans for shelling Ukraine, infrastructure, Ukrainians already understand the situation - you need to plan your time and prepare safe places for yourself in case of alarm, calculate the route and time for which these safe places can be reached. It is also important to monitor official reports, in particular, of the Air Forces," Kovalenko said.
4. "Regarding the panic that they are trying to fuel, I would like to clarify once again that Russia was preparing for shelling, and this is part of the war. The plans of the Russians are known to the Defense Forces. There is and will be opposition," Kovalenko said in Telegram.
