In 2025, a separate film from the "Predator" franchise with the subtitle Badlands is scheduled to be released on wide screens. The film is directed by Dan Trachtenberg, and the co-author of the script is Patrick Aison.

A trailer for the new film has appeared online, which is scheduled to be released in the US in November this year. The main antagonist of the film and the series as a whole – the Predator – is depicted as a massive creature with four fangs that snarls.
However, according to the actress Elle Fanning, who plays one of the roles in the film, her character will join forces with the Predator and together they will resist evil.
The first film in the Predator series was released in 1987: the main role was played by Arnold Schwarzenegger. The film tells about the arrival of an alien on Earth to hunt humans. In addition to films, the franchise also includes comics, novels, video games and short films.
