General Staff spokesperson Dmytro Lykhoviy denied reports that the Bortnychi Aeration Station had been hit overnight, calling them fake. He urged people to verify information and turn to official sources, including the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Information about tonight’s alleged strike on the Bortnychi Aeration Station is not true. This was reported by General Staff spokesperson Dmytro Lykhovii, according to UNN.

Anything can happen someday. We are not immune to that either. But as of now, this is fake

- Lykhovii said, responding to reports of an alleged strike on the Bortnychi Aeration Station.

The General Staff spokesperson added that, one would think, Kyiv residents should have had "enough" of real strikes and their consequences.

Think about why someone is pushing made-up scare stories. Take this into account and draw your conclusions. This especially applies to reputable publications, not some information gypsies. Verify information. After all, there are reports from the State Emergency Service

- Lykhovii concluded.
