It is noted that only during 2023, the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs issued and extended more than 40 thousand 800 certificates for the transportation of dangerous goods.
Previously, if a certificate for the transportation of dangerous goods expired during martial law, it was automatically extended. This document could be used on the territory of Ukraine during the martial law and for 90 days after its lifting. The introduction of such regulatory changes were necessary to establish the transportation of goods for critical infrastructure and support for the military.
