The process of restoring heat supply in Kharkiv city and settlements of Kharkiv district is underway. Work continues to connect heating in apartment buildings in several districts of the city. This was reported by the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov in Telegram, according to UNN.

It is noted that all relevant services are working to connect heat to people's homes.
As of now, about 85 thousand subscribers in Kharkiv and 27 thousand subscribers in the communities of Kharkiv district are left without heating
The authorities also reported injuries on December 27. In particular, a 58-year-old man was hospitalized in the village of Richkodub as a result of shelling.
As a result of increased evacuation measures, 26 people (including 1 child) were evacuated from Kupianske and Borivske directions:
- The remaining population subject to evacuation in the Kupyansk direction is 6782 people, including 135 people on the left bank.
- The remaining population subject to evacuation in the Borivska community (29 settlements) is 1617 people.
