Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha reported that in recent years he has received diplomatic notes from influential states requesting not to launch strikes on Russia during the May 9 parade, UNN reports.
"Over the past years, I have collected a small collection of diplomatic notes from very influential states with appeals not to launch strikes on Russia during the May 9 parade when their leaders were present there,"
According to the minister, such appeals are evidence of the recognition of Ukrainian capabilities.
