The support program started with impressive results. During the first day of work, more than 2.1 million applications were submitted for the payment of 1000 hryvnias, of which almost half a million relate to payments for children. Citizens can use the funds to pay for a wide range of Ukrainian goods and services, including:
- utilities;
- Ukrainian medicines;
- railway tickets;
- Ukrainian books.
It is also possible to transfer the payment to support the Defense Forces of Ukraine through volunteer funds.
Applications for funds can be submitted until February 28, 2024, and the funds received can be spent until the end of 2025.
