Another six children were returned from the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region with the help of the charitable organization “Save Ukraine”, said on Wednesday the head of RMA Oleksandr Prokudin, reports UNN.
According to Prokudin, the returned children include 4 boys, 2 girls and two orphans. The youngest child is 9 months old, the oldest is 17 years old. They are currently receiving medical and psychological assistance.
In total, according to the head of the RMA, since the beginning of 2024, 242 children from the still-occupied Kherson region have been returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
Earlier , UNN reportedthat Ukraine had returned five children aged 6 to 17 from the territories temporarily occupied by Russia.
