The State Property Fund has sold the Kozatsky Hotel, located in the center of Kyiv, at an online auction in the Prozorro.Sale electronic system. This was reported by UNN with reference to the SPFU.

UAH 480,001,200 from the sale of the Kozatsky Hotel was fully transferred to the state budget. The buyer paid UAH 400,001,000.00 for the property itself and UAH 80,000,200.00 in VAT. The buyer also repaid the accounts payable to the budget in the amount of UAH 9,087,000. The successful bidder paid in 7 tranches. The last payment was made on August 6.
The SPFU emphasizes that the successful small-scale privatization auction proves once again that the sale of such objects is timely. The SPFU also emphasizes that this is not only additional funds to the budget to support the Defense Forces, but also a new impetus for the hotel's development.
