As a result of the Russian strike on Kharkiv, the number of wounded has increased to 18, including a three-month-old child. Prosecutors are working at the sites of enemy strikes, UNN reports, citing the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
"... a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the statement said.

According to the investigation, on March 27, at approximately 15:50, the Russian armed forces shelled residential areas in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv.
As of now, one man has been reported dead. 18 people were injured, including four children aged three months to thirteen years.
A number of high-rise buildings, medical facilities, cars, a school, a kindergarten, and other civilian infrastructure were damaged.
According to preliminary data, the enemy struck with two UMPB D-30 (unified interspecies planning munition, 30 cm caliber). This is the first time that the Russian armed forces have struck a city with this type of munition. The munitions were launched from an airplane.
The prosecutor's office added that the information will be updated.
Prosecutors, police and specialized services are working at the scene of another Russian terror against the civilian population of Kharkiv.
