"The enemy is putting pressure on both the Kupyansk and Lyman directions. Russians were most active near Makiivka, Nevske, Ploshchanka and Stelmakhivka. There are still people in Nevske who we keep trying to persuade to leave. Yesterday we managed to convince two of them. The village is under constant fire from enemy artillery. The occupiers' drones are "hunting" from the sky. Just like in Makiivka. The invaders also attacked this locality with rocket artillery," said Artem Lysohor, head of the Luhansk regional military administration.
In the occupied territories of Luhansk region, "an order was reportedly published to restrict the right to leave for collaborator officials who have information of particular importance or top secret information.
"Permission to leave will be granted personally by the 'head of the lPR', the beekeeper, after reviewing the applicant's application. Within 35 days, the person who wants to leave will be checked by the FSB and internal intelligence agencies of the Russian Federation. The application will have to specify the route of the trip, the type of transport and the personal data of the person who will receive the guest from the "lPR". The door is closed," the RMA said.
At the same time, according to RMA, the occupiers in Starobilsk organize raids on the local market on weekends. "At a time when a lot of people gather there. They check documents and mobile devices. If necessary, they surround the market, blocking all entrances, and let everyone out only after a thorough inspection," the RMA said.
