According to Vilkul, a Russian "Shahed" type drone hit a residential building. The deceased were identified as a man and a woman, approximately 50-60 years old.
The injured child was taken to the hospital. The fire has been extinguished, and the consequences are being clarified.
The Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office has initiated criminal proceedings regarding the commission of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment from eight to fifteen years, or life imprisonment.
