In Japan, the police detained a russian citizen and representative director of the Astrade trading company, Andrey Sova, for the illegal export of boats and other items that could have military use to russia.
He is also suspected of violating currency legislation through unauthorized export. This is the first detention in Japan for such violations since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine.
