Russian troops attacked Izmail district of Odesa region with drones at night. Port infrastructure and a residential building were damaged, three people were wounded, two hospitalized, said Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa RMA, on Wednesday, UNN reported.

According to him, two of the victims were hospitalized in moderate condition, and another victim received medical care on the spot.
The shelling destroyed several buildings of the port infrastructure. Three trucks were damaged. A fire also broke out at the site, which was promptly extinguished by the State Emergency Service
According to him, law enforcement officers are recording the consequences of another Russian crime against the civilian population of Odesa region.
