Russian troops attacked the border areas of Chernihiv region with FPV drones, mortars and artillery over the past day, 20 explosions were recorded, the Northern Regional Office of the State Border Guard Service reported on Tuesday, UNN reports.

"During the day, Russian troops attacked the border of Chernihiv region with FPV drones, mortars and cannon artillery. Twenty explosions were recorded," the regional office of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported and listed:
- Novhorod-Siverska community: 19 explosions (arrivals of FPV drones, 120-mm mortars and cannon artillery) in the direction of Buda-Vorobiivska, Mykhalchyna Sloboda and Kremsky Buhir
- Semenivka community: 1 explosion (arrival of an FPV drone) in the direction of Halahanivka.
There is no information on deaths or injuries among the local population as a result of the shelling.
