In the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defense announced the creation of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk troop groups, with which a coordination council responsible for the border of Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod regions will interact.
At a meeting with the participation of Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, the areas of responsibility of the members of the Coordination Council from the Russian Defense Ministry were “determined”.
