The EU is convinced that Russia must be held accountable for the horrific missile attack on the center of Chernihiv, which killed 14 innocent people and damaged civilian infrastructure.

Against the backdrop of Russia's massive missile attack on Chernihiv, the EU said that Moscow should be held accountable for the attack on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine. This was stated by EU Ambassador to Ukraine Katarina Mathernova in X, reports UNN.

Maternova reacted to the post by Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Olha Stefanishyna on the shelling of Chernihiv. 

According to the EU ambassador, Russia must answer for its war crimes.

Another horrific Russian attack, this time on the center of Chernihiv. Already 14 innocent people have been killed and civilian infrastructure has been damaged. People are still trapped under the rubble. Russia must pay for these war crimes
