Russia struck Ukraine overnight with a ballistic missile and 90 drones, 83 of which were shot down or suppressed, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Thursday, writes UNN.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of June 25 (from 18:00 on June 24), the enemy attacked with an Iskander-M ballistic missile from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, as well as 90 strike UAVs of the Shahed type (including jet-powered), Gerbera, Italmas, and imitation drones of the "Parody" type from the directions: Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Shatalovo, Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – russia, Gvardiyske – temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, temporarily occupied Donetsk.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:30, air defense shot down/suppressed 83 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas types and drones of other types in the north, south, and east of the country. A ballistic missile hit and 6 strike UAVs were recorded at 7 locations, as well as the fall of shot-down (debris) at 9 locations
The attack continues, enemy UAVs are in the airspace.
