The Russian Defense Ministry, according to rosSmia, confirmed the exchange. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, 115 Russian soldiers who were captured in the Kursk region were returned, while "115 prisoners of the Ukrainian Armed Forces" were reportedly transferred. All Russian servicemen are reportedly in Belarus after the exchange.
