Amid the scandal over the overpriced reconstruction of Okhmatdyt, the Ministry of Health has appealed to law enforcement agencies to conduct additional checks on the tender for the reconstruction of the hospital. This was written by Health Minister Viktor Lyashko on his Facebook page, UNN reports .

According to Lyashko, on July 19, the Okhmatdyt - Healthy Childhood Charitable Foundation, having agreed on the evaluation criteria and guidelines for evaluating bids with Okhmatdyt, announced a tender for the current repair and interior decoration of the building of the Modern Medical and Diagnostic Complex, which was damaged as a result of a Russian missile strike.
As a result of the tender, 17 Ukrainian construction companies submitted proposals to participate in the current repairs, 14 of which appeared for the tender. Each participant was evaluated according to 5 criteria: interview, personnel assessment, material and technical base assessment, experience, and price offer. Some companies were eliminated due to violations of the integrity principle, in particular, criminal proceedings were opened
According to him, based on data from open sources and analysis of the documents submitted by the bidders, the working group of the NSCCH “Okhmatdyt” recommended selecting Bud-Technology LLC as the winner of the tender, which was publicly announced by the hospital's head.
The contract has not yet been signed, as we have been studying the company's ability to perform all the necessary work. I see that this choice has caused a resonance, which is why today we have turned to law enforcement agencies to conduct additional checks. For my part, I would like to emphasize once again that I personally and my team are doing everything to make the process absolutely transparent
The minister also invited everyone to visit Okhmatdyt tomorrow, where he will be present together with the management of Okhmatdyt and the Foundation to ask all questions.

From the moment the contract is signed with the contractor, a public report will be published daily to inform people about the use of the money raised by their efforts.
