Russian dictator Vladimir Putin demands to immediately resolve the issue of financing territorial defense in the regions bordering Ukraine. He said this at a meeting on the situation in the border regions of Russia, UNN reports with reference to TASS.
"Regarding the financial support of the territorial defense units, I spoke with the heads of federal law enforcement agencies this morning, and they have such an order. I ask you to do this by joint efforts immediately," Putin said.
The Russian dictator also gave some other instructions.
"All of this needs to be done: to help small and medium-sized businesses, of course, to establish cellular communications and, where necessary, to help lay fiber optics, to place children in safe places for study for a certain period of time, to help prepare for the heating season and to provide for appropriate funding," Putin said at a meeting on the situation in the border area with Ukraine.
