"Today, on July 26, the scope of restrictive measures is changing. Until 15:00 and between 18:00 and 20:00, 23:00 and 24:00, one round of blackouts will be applied. 3 From 15:00 to 18:00 and from 20:00 to 24:00, two stages of blackouts will be applied," Ukrenergo said.
The reason for the reduction of restrictions is the emergency supply of surplus electricity from the Polish power grid, the company said.
