Ukrainians have been warned about possible delays at the Ukrainian-Slovak border at the "Mali Selmentsi - Velke Slemence" checkpoint, as reported by the State Border Guard Service, writes UNN.

As indicated, the Service for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure in the Zakarpattia region is implementing measures to modernize border and customs infrastructure. "From June 25 to 27, 2026, at the international checkpoint 'Mali Selmentsi - Velke Slemence,' installation work and temporary reconnection of engineering networks will be carried out," the statement says.
"Due to the execution of these works, a temporary slowdown in the implementation of control and passage procedures is possible. We recommend taking this information into account when planning trips," the border guards emphasized.
