Most transplants were performed in three medical institutions: The First Medical Association of Lviv, the Shalimov National Research Center for Surgery and Transplantation, and the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

In the first half of 2024, 283 organ transplants were performed in Ukraine.
According to the Ministry of Health statistics, 24 Ukrainian transplant centers transplanted: 187 kidneys, 55 livers, and 41 hearts.
67% of life-saving operations were performed using organs from posthumous donors.
Most of all transplants:
- The first medical association in Lviv performed 79 surgeries;
- Shalimov National Scientific Center for Surgery and Transplantation - 46;
- Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine - 34.
