According to him, as of now, 38 people, including four children, have been confirmed dead as a result of the July 8 attack on Ukraine by the Russian army. Also, more than 190 people were injured, some of them, according to the Ombudsman, "in a very serious condition.
Lubinets also said that he had held talks with UNICEF representatives the day before. "UNICEF is ready to urgently allocate additional funding to help those children and families who were in Okhmatdyt," Lubinets said.
We are also working on the issue of restoring the hospital as soon as possible.

Russia called the latest massive missile attack on Ukraine a response to Ukraine's strike on energy facilities in Russia. At the same time, Moscow denies striking civilians and accuses Ukraine of provocations.
