Nine judges from the occupied Crimea, who administer “justice” on behalf of and in the interests of Russia, received sentences in absentia. Under the public prosecution of the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, 9 occupation “servants of Themis” who administer “justice” on behalf and in the interests of the aggressor state received sentences in absentia, the agency reports.
It was proved in court that after the occupation of the peninsula, the convicts betrayed their oath of allegiance to the Ukrainian people.
These 9 people were appointed as “judges” in the occupation courts.
We are talking about:
Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea;
The Twenty-first Arbitration Court of Appeal and the Court of Appeal of the Republic of Crimea;
Simferopol, Belogorsk and Dzhankoy District Courts of the Republic of Crimea;
Sevastopol City and Leninsky District Courts of Sevastopol.
By their actions and decisions, they ensured the functioning of the occupation judiciary on the peninsula, and assisted representatives of a foreign state in conducting subversive activities against Ukraine.
