The explosion in Dnipro occurred near one of the Territorial Recruitment Centers. This was written by journalist Andriy Tsaplienko on his Telegram channel, UNN reports .
"The explosion occurred near the building of the shopping center. An explosive device, probably planted under a military vehicle, went off," the journalist wrote.
The moment of the explosion was captured on video, which is currently being shared on social media.
According to UNN's own sources , a soldier was killed in the explosion.
