An unknown person threw a Molotov cocktail at a police car in the center of Moscow, UNN reports with reference to Baza.
According to Baza, around 5 p.m., a man threw a bottle under a car near the Arbat police station. The area is currently cordoned off. Previously, the arsonist was a victim of phone scammers. He has been detained.
