"The average monthly air temperature is expected to be 0-3° below zero, in Zakarpattia, Crimea, Odesa and Kherson regions 0-2°, which is 1.5-2° higher than normal," the Ukrainian Weather Center reported.
Monthly precipitation is expected to reach 32-79 mm, which is within the normal range.
