In the east and southeast, the air will warm up to +21...+23 °C (at night - to +12...+14 °C).
In the southern regions, the center, as well as in Sumy and Zakarpattia regions, thermometers will show +18...+20 °C (+5...+8 °C at night), in the northern and eastern regions - +16...+18 °C (+3...+5 °C at night).
In the Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions, on the night of April 28, the soil surface is expected to reach 0...+3 °C.
