In the temporarily occupied Kherson region, Russians shot a woman and then tried to set her house on fire. The case was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office , UNN reports.
According to the investigation, on April 24, 2024, in one of the settlements of the temporarily occupied Yuvileina community of Kherson district, the Russian military shot a 65-year-old local resident. After that, they tried to set fire to her house.

It is known that the occupants came to the woman's yard and demanded money from her. However, having failed to get what they wanted, they shot her several times with automatic weapons. And then they tried to set her house on fire.

Once again, the representatives of the aggressor country disregard the provisions of international humanitarian law, which expressly prohibit killing and violence against civilians.
