The head of the regional state administration added that about 30 houses were damaged by the shock wave: windows and glass were smashed, and ceilings in some houses fell.
"All relevant services are working at the scene. Law enforcement officers are recording the consequences of another Russian crime," he wrote.
Earlier UNN reported that explosions were heard in Odesa.
