According to the investigation, the woman, looking for easy money, established contact with hostile special services via the Telegram messenger. With their money, she rented an apartment where she made an improvised explosive device (IED). The suspect intended to hand over or hide the explosives for further terrorist attacks.
However, law enforcement officers managed to expose the suspect's criminal intentions in time, detain her and prevent the terrorist attack.
During the search, the woman's mobile phones with correspondence with the customer, various components of the IED, as well as evidence of another crime - arson of a relay cabinet - were seized. She was given a preventive measure in the form of detention without the right to bail
