The Ministry of Culture of Moldova has published a list of Russian artists whose concerts are not recommended to be held in the country due to potential risks to national security. This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation, according to UNN.

As noted by the CCD, the list includes, in particular, Basta, Morgenshtern, Nurlan Saburov, the band "Leningrad", Egor Kreed, and other Russian performers.
At the same time, there is no direct legal ban on holding concerts. However, the Ministry of Culture of Moldova has officially warned organizers that they will bear full responsibility for the possible consequences of holding such events. In addition, the artists themselves may be denied entry to the country during border control, which effectively makes organizing concerts economically and reputationally unjustified.
The Center for Countering Disinformation emphasized that this decision is part of Moldova's consistent policy to counter Russian cultural and informational influence.
