In Lubny, Poltava region, elevators in buildings were suspended due to the mobilization of an elevator maintenance specialist to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The city council assured that the elevators have been restored, but the issue has been resolved temporarily. This was reported by the Lubny City Council, according to UNN.
"Starting from 07.11.2024, at 17.00, in order to prevent accidents, the operation of elevators in the buildings serviced by LKZHU has been temporarily suspended due to the mobilization of an elevator maintenance specialist to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The elevators will be immediately resumed once a new service provider is found. All residents will be recalculated for the period of elevator downtime," the city council said.
Later, the city council reported that the elevators had resumed operation, but the issue was temporarily resolved.
