According to a Rakuten Viber survey, 63% of citizens regularly donate to the army, and another 27% help in other ways. Most people learn about the collection from friends and acquaintances, UNN reports.
The survey showed that 63% of Ukrainians make donations to support the Armed Forces, of which 44% do so regularly after each paycheck. Another 27% of respondents chose other ways to help. Only 6% of respondents said they did not consider donations appropriate.
The answers to the question “Do you support the Armed Forces and military personnel you know?” were as follows:
- Thus, 44% of each salary is paid regularly (46% at the end of 2023);
- I help in other ways - 27% (26% at the end of 2023);
- Irregularly, but after each shelling, I turn my anger into donations - 14% (the same amount at the end of 2023);
- I do not see the point in this - 6% (4% at the end of 2023);
- Of course, every day a little bit - 5% (6% at the end of 2023);
- I serve in the Armed Forces - 4% (5% at the end of 2023).
According to a Viber survey, the majority of Ukrainians (53%) learn about caucuses from friends and acquaintances and support their initiatives. Another 13% of respondents receive information about the meetings through the news. The answers to the question “Where do you most often learn about meetings?” were distributed as follows:
I support meetings of friends and acquaintances and learn from them - 53%;
- I learn from the news, through news channels that support the levy - 13%;
- I learn from bloggers and influencers I follow - 11%;
- I follow large funds that do this - 5%;
- I find out in another way - 18%.

The research method was an anonymous online survey with a sample of more than 30,000 people. The main age group is 34-45 years old, with more than half of the respondents under 45 years old.
