"Russia no longer has enough air and missile defense systems to cover facilities and cities. A significant number have been lost. The key systems are concentrated in Moscow, near Putin's residence, and St. Petersburg. Putin doesn't care about the regions, he doesn't care about them," Kovalenko wrote on Telegram.
