The suspect will soon be served with a notice of suspicion under Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code “Aiding the aggressor state” and Art. 309 “Illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation or transfer of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues without the purpose of sale”

The State Bureau of Investigation detained Ivan Rudyi, the head of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries, on suspicion of facilitating the activities of the Russian casino Pin Up.
